DealRoute Inc., a Delaware C-Corp (“DealRoute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates an AI-powered real estate wholesaling platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not access or use the Service.

• Twilio — SMS messaging and voice communication services.
• OpenAI — AI-powered voice conversation and text processing.
• Postmark — Transactional and marketing email delivery.
• Lob — Direct mail delivery.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and associated records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will retain your data for 30 days following cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted unless we are required by law to retain it for a longer period.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews.
